We have done our utmost to reduce and simplify the rules of our Cross-Network Business Ecosystem and its digital platform. Therefore, we have listed below the most important points for you, which can also be read in full and in detail in the following Terms of Use.

1. What do we do?

We are a Cross-Network Business Ecosystem for business prospecting, created in Switzerland. It connects independent companies, business groups, entities, associations, and professionals in different Digital Business Networks. At the same time, it connects its members in a global and self-sufficient business ecosystem, with a high level of networking, knowledge, technology, and business. We operate on the Business Network as a Service (BNaaS) model, offering Member Users a dynamic and continuous business journey that combines the best of human relationships with the power of technology to expand productive connections. Our approach serves two central objectives:

At LEAG GROUP, Member Users, according to their chosen subscription plan (membership), will have access to a community that values dialogue, knowledge exchange, and genuine collaboration, as well as a broad hub of integrated solutions and initiatives, both proprietary and third-party, which include, but are not limited to:

LEAG GROUP is not a supplier of any services or products advertised or disclosed by Member Users and Networks in their digital environment and live meetings. LEAG GROUP only provides a service to Networks and their Member Users by providing communication and business initiatives and tools that facilitate their connection with other Ecosystem Users or third parties seeking the content, contacts, or commercial offers available there.

 

2. Is participation in our Ecosystem paid?

LEAG GROUP is available on the web and the business pages of its Member Users can be accessed free of charge by logged-out visitors. However, for a company or business to actively participate in our Cross-Network Business Ecosystem — enabling its Member Users to connect with other decision-makers, participate in our business rounds, relationship actions, events, and fully access digital tools — it is necessary to have an active account with LEAG GROUP linked to one of the Networks present in our Ecosystem. By contracting services directly from LEAG GROUP and choosing one of the plans available to members of the respective Network, the Member User agrees to the current Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, and Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy, as well as to the characteristics, conditions, and functionalities of the chosen or defined subscription plan for the Network.

For Member Users of a Network, LEAG GROUP offers one (1) freemium (free) plan and up to three (3) subscription plans, so that they have access to the Business Ecosystem and its services:

Optionally, and provided that it has been previously approved by LEAG GROUP, Member Users of the Platinum and Diamond plans may also act as LEAG AGENTS, obtaining additional recurring revenue by bringing new client Networks into the Ecosystem.

The plans are contracted by Member Users linked to client Networks in the form of a subscription for a minimum period of 12 (twelve) months, which includes membership of the Ecosystem, access to the digital platform, and brand use licensing (in accordance with the plan and provided that it is paid for until the end of the contracted period). Payment can be made in a lump sum (by credit card or boleto, the latter available for the Brazilian market) or in monthly installments for the contracted period (via recurring credit card charges). By making the first installment payment, the Member User agrees to allow LEAG GROUP to charge their credit card, through its payment processors, the amounts due monthly for the contracted subscription period and for additional subscription periods until their account is closed by them or by LEAG GROUP.

Annual plans are automatically renewed for equal and successive periods, unless cancellation is requested 30 (thirty) days before the end of the plan, and will be communicated in advance by email to Member Users and processed automatically via recurring charges to the credit card already registered or by sending a new charge to the User with the respective payment link.

To be a Member User of our proprietary LEAG ASSOCIATES Network, which brings together companies and entrepreneurs from local markets, or our Networks of specialists, called LEAG EXPERTS (Agencies, Advisors, Attorneys, or Auditors), the same plans and payment conditions described above are valid. When available for membership in the LEAG PRO Network (aimed at professionals), they are restricted to only one administrator User and without the possibility of registering Team Users due to the individual nature of the participating Members, in addition to not participating in and accessing business-oriented tools such as HOT LEAD, Business Rounds, and quote request management.

Eventually, depending on its commercial strategy, LEAG GROUP may make one of its plans available to Network Members for an initial Trial period, during which the Member User will have access to the set of actions and tools of the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem on a trial basis, without paying for their subscription. Access to this condition may be in different ways:

At any time during the contracted period, the Member User may request the cancellation of their plan, respecting the applicable terms and conditions, as specified in our Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy.

In addition, information about the contracted plan will be available in the "My Account" section of the dashboard of the Member User identified as the administrator on the platform. The characteristics and conditions of the plan may be changed at any time by LEAG GROUP. These changes, when made, will be notified in advance to the Member User by email and/or by notification on the digital platform itself, allowing them to choose to discontinue the subscription or change the plan.

 

3. Is it safe to use our digital platform Ecosystem?

We work continuously to ensure that our digital platform has the best security practices, which includes, but is not limited to, hosting data on AWS (Amazon Web Services) servers in the United States, security certificates, and encryption to help protect User information. Nevertheless, we recommend that you keep your computer and mobile devices equipped with active antivirus software and appropriate protection programs.

Our Terms of Use may change, but you can always access the most up-to-date version on our digital platform. In addition, if we take any action that requires your authorization under the law, you will receive a notice in advance so that you can accept or decline.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

 

This Ecosystem and its respective digital platform, called the LEAG GROUP Cross-Network Business Ecosystem, is owned, maintained, and operated by LEAG GROUP S.A., a company registered under IDE CHE 292.051.064, headquartered at Château de Vaumarcus, Le Château 3, Vaumarcus 2028, La Grande Beroche, Switzerland.

This document concerns participation in the Ecosystem and use of the platform exclusively by Member Users and/or Teams. For Network Users, click here!

This document aims to provide information on how to participate in the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem and use the respective digital platform by Users and their actions, tools, conditions, nomenclatures, rights, and duties, in addition to preserving the privacy of Users. Please note that the entire text should be read carefully and, if you do not agree with the content of our terms and/or privacy notice, do not continue browsing or using our services. We also recommend that, if accepted, you store or print a copy of this document, including all policies.

2. EXPLANATION OF TECHNICAL OR FOREIGN LANGUAGE TERMS

 

2.1. Below are the meanings of technical nomenclatures and terms in English.

 

2.2. The types of Users of the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital Platform are:

2.2.1. Network User: Administrator appointed by the Network and responsible for managing the respective Network Community, with access to restricted viewing areas, activity control, registration and exclusion of Members on the platform, and editing of the Network's homepage content.

2.2.2. Member User: Administrator appointed by the Member and responsible for including and editing professional, company, or business content on their respective BUSINESS Page / PROFESSIONAL Bio. Through the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform, according to the subscription plan contracted, they have access to all available resources and are responsible for registering and deleting people from the team on LEAG.ME, forming their own Intranet. When adding their employees, the Member User also empowers these people to publish content on behalf of the Company or Business, granting them the following User profile under their responsibility:

2.2.2.1. Team User: An individual belonging to the team of a Member Company/Business with permission to post on the Member Company's social network and blog/articles (if enabled), interact with other Intranet participants via chat/video, and access their individual (named) videoconferencing room (if available) on the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform.

2.2.3. These users above, collectively, will be referred to as Users.

2.2.4. Visitor User: an individual, whether registered or not in the Ecosystem, who browses the Network homepages, BUSINESS Pages, PROFESSIONAL Bios while logged out and/or participates in videoconference calls at the invitation of other types of Users of the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform.

 

3. SERVICES

 

3.1. What we are: LEAG GROUP is a Cross-Network Business Ecosystem for business prospecting, created in Switzerland. It connects independent companies, business groups, entities, associations, and professionals in different Digital Business Networks. At the same time, it connects its members in a global and self-sufficient business ecosystem, with a high level of networking, knowledge, technology, and business. We operate on the Business Network as a Service (BNaaS) model, offering Member Users a dynamic and continuous business journey that combines the best of human relationships with the power of technology to expand productive connections. Our approach serves two central objectives:

3.1.1. For Companies: we act as a Cross-Network Business Ecosystem connecting companies, entrepreneurs, and professionals in a global business community, regardless of their network of origin, expanding networking with decision-makers, access to knowledge, and the generation of business opportunities and partnerships, providing all Member Users of the Networked Communities with a broad portfolio of digital communication and business solutions and tools.

3.1.2. For Business Networks: we are a Platform that enables the integration of business networks and their respective members, connecting them with each other and enabling active and private management of the business community through a plug & play solution for Private Entities and Groups. By participating in a cross-ecosystem, its members can also choose to connect to other Network Communities present in the global LEAG GROUP Ecosystem.

 

3.2. At LEAG GROUP, Member Users, according to their chosen subscription plan (membership), will have access to a community that values dialogue, knowledge exchange, and genuine collaboration, as well as a broad hub of integrated actions and solutions, both proprietary and third-party, which include, but are not limited to:

3.2.1. LEAG GROUP is not a supplier of any services or products advertised or disclosed by Member Users and Networks in their digital environment and live meetings. LEAG GROUP only provides a service to Networks and their Member Users by providing communication and business initiatives and tools that facilitate their connection with other Users of the Ecosystem or third parties seeking the content, contacts, or commercial offers available there.

 

3.3. By participating in the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem, the User must understand and accept that all their actions and choices are free and occur without any influence or interference from LEAG GROUP.

 

3.4. It is hereby clarified that this service does not establish any employment, corporate, or associative relationship between the parties, with each party remaining solely responsible for all of its respective expenses and charges, whether of a labor, social security, tax, insurance, civil, criminal, or any other nature or kind.

 

 

4. USER REGISTRATION

 

4.1. The following information will be required to register on the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform:

4.1.1. For Network Users: trade name; corporate name; CNPJ (Corporate Taxpayer ID); full address; name, CPF (Individual Taxpayer ID), cell phone number, and email address of the responsible Administrator.

4.1.2. For Member Users: trade name of the Member company or business (except for LEAG PRO); city, region, and country; name, cell phone number, and email address of the responsible Administrator. Optionally, you may provide the area/segment of activity to meet the search filters established by the Network.

4.1.3. For Team Users: name, cell phone number, email address, and department.

4.1.4. For Visitor Users: registration is not required to access the Networks' homepages, BUSINESS Pages, and PROFESSIONAL Bios via the web, but participation in a videoconference or request for a quote or contact will require: name, cell phone number, email address, and Company name for access. Filling out and submitting the "Become a Member" form may additionally require the following information: country, region, and city.

 

4.2. To access, subscribe to a plan, and use the services associated with it on the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform, the following additional information will be required:

4.2.1. For All Users: Reading and agreeing to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Notice of the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem and its platform;

4.2.2. For Member Users: CPF (Individual Taxpayer ID) and full address, as well as CNPJ (Corporate Taxpayer ID) and company name (if a Legal Entity).

4.2.2.1. Optionally, the User may include their photo or image as identification for their login.

 

4.3. Each User's email address will be their login to access the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital Platform. Each User will determine their access password, containing a minimum of 8 (eight) characters combining letters and numbers, and they are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this information. LEAG GROUP is not responsible for any actions or damages that may be caused by unauthorized access to the account by third parties.

 

4.4. Only one (1) account per email address (User) is permitted.

 

4.5. Registration on the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform is only permitted for people over 18 (eighteen) years of age, but LEAG GROUP is not responsible if the registered person is not of the age stated. Thus, the User affirms that they are of legal age and are fully capable and competent to enter into and comply with these Terms. Although we cannot control whether minors gain unauthorized access to the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform, access may be terminated without notice if we identify that the User is a minor or ineligible.

 

4.6. Users are responsible for providing true, accurate, and up-to-date information.

 

4.7. Member Users are aware and agree that Network Users may pre-register their respective Members on the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform for the purpose of listing the participants in their Network Community. Mandatorily, every pre-registration of a new Member by the Network will result in the sending of an invitation email to the administrator responsible registered by the Network User for the proper choice of subscription plan and acceptance of the Terms of Use and Policies of the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform by Member Users, to make them active and operational.

 

4.8. Member Users agree and are aware that their accounts on the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform may be excluded from the Network Community in which they are registered by determination of the respective Network Users. LEAG GROUP is guaranteed the right to offer this excluded Member User the option to remain in the Ecosystem in a new Network Community, provided that this is agreed upon with the Administrator of the new Network.

 

4.9. LEAG GROUP may refuse, suspend, or cancel a User's access account without prior notice whenever:

 

 

5. PLANS AND PAYMENT FOR ACCESS TO THE LEAG GROUP BUSINESS ECOSYSTEM

 

 

5.1. LEAG GROUP is available on the web and the business pages of its Member Users can be accessed free of charge by logged-out visitors. However, for a company or business to actively participate in our Cross-Network Business Ecosystem — enabling its Member Users to connect with other decision-makers, participate in our business rounds, relationship actions, events, and fully access digital tools — it is necessary to have an active account with LEAG GROUP linked to one of the Networks present in our Ecosystem. By contracting services directly from LEAG GROUP and choosing one of the plans available to members of the respective Network, the Member User agrees to the current Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, and Withdrawal and Cancellation Policies, as well as to the characteristics, conditions, and functionalities of the chosen or defined subscription plan for the Network.

 

5.2. For Member Users of a Network, LEAG GROUP offers one (1) freemium (free) plan and up to three (3) subscription plans, so that they have access to the Business Ecosystem and its services:

5.2.1. Bronze Plan: free plan, with limited access to digital tools, available to Network Member Users who are pre-registered with LEAG GROUP and who have not yet activated their plans or who, after the trial period, choose to take a more passive role in the Ecosystem. Member Users are restricted to participating in their Network Community, where they can communicate with administrators and other Network members via chat (LEAG.ME), post on the Network's private social network, and access recorded content, but without permission to use video rooms, AI tools, or participate in relationship activities, meetings, business rounds, and other initiatives involving video connection with other Member Users promoted directly by the Network Communities or by LEAG GROUP. Bronze Plan Member Users may use the AI Business Advisor free of charge for a 10-day trial period (after this period, if they wish to continue, they will need to upgrade their plan to access a wider range of features, not just the AI tool). Although it offers a simplified (basic) business page, this plan does not have priority in searches and is the only one that displays ads, banners, Google Ads (AdWords), and/or sponsored links on its navigation pages. In addition, the free plan does not grant Member Users lifetime access to the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem. The terms of the plan may be changed at any time by LEAG GROUP. These changes will be communicated to Member Users via email and/or notifications on the platform itself, in advance of the date on which the change will be made.

5.2.2. Gold Plan: subscription plan for entry into the Cross-Network Business Ecosystem that emphasizes Digital Tools + Expanded Networking, enabling access to all Networks and their Member Users in LEAG GROUP, active participation in the Ecosystem-wide social feed, and connection via chat and video call (LEAG.ME) with all decision-makers. It also enables attendance at events, courses, and exclusive online business rounds of your Network Community (when available). Gold Plan Member Users can use the AI Business Advisor free of charge for a 10-day trial period (after this period, if desired, it will be necessary to upgrade the plan, considering access to a larger set of features and not just the AI tool). It allows you to edit a complete business or personal page (BUSINESS Page / PROFESSIONAL Bio) in a logged-in environment and open on the web with a portfolio of products and services, blog editor, integrations, SEO optimization on the web, and priority in the Ecosystem search ranking compared to the previous plan, in addition to unlimited use of video conference rooms for up to two administrators and with the Company's brand for up to 500 participants, strengthening your customer service and acquisition capabilities. It also allows you to include members of your team, integrating them into a corporate intranet connected by chat/video call, and connecting with partners, suppliers, and customers on an extranet. At any time, provided prior notice is given, LEAG GROUP may change the maximum limits for Team Users in the plan, offering or not offering the optional hiring of new entrants. The administrator user of this plan does not have access to business rounds, AI-generated leads, or live events promoted directly by LEAG GROUP.

5.2.3. Platinum Plan: full access plan to the Ecosystem's relationship and knowledge promotion actions which, in addition to all the benefits of the Gold plan, offers a combination of Content + Business. Access to HOT LEAD, a business match tool for generating leads and recommending business approaches using AI, and to SMART CONTACT, which suggests AI matches between Member Users according to their profile and interests for knowledge exchange (both with weekly usage limits). Participation in WEBTALKS and live meetings and in Cross-Network Rounds promoted by LEAG GROUP. This plan gives access to all the digital tools of the Ecosystem, including unlimited use of the AI Business Advisor, in addition to priority in searches in the Ecosystem in relation to previous plans.

5.2.4. Diamond Plan (except for LEAG PRO): access to this plan is exclusive to Member Users who subscribe to the Platinum Plan and is subject to prior evaluation by the LEAG GROUP Board, as it grants the right to use the LEAG GROUP Brand, upon signing the Trademark Use License Agreement, in all their advertising and digital or printed materials, except in the Company's articles of association, as well as to actively publicize and disclose their participation as a member of the LEAG EXPERTS Global Network (when participating in the respective Network) and the Global Cross-Network Business Ecosystem on social networks and other media. Additionally, they receive the LEAG CERTIFIED MEMBER seal, as well as being eligible for the LEAG AWARDS, increasing their visibility among their target audiences. They have all the benefits of the Platinum Plan, with maximum priority in search rankings, access to periodic advice from LEAG GROUP Special Advisors, and priority in business and partnership recommendations.

5.3. Optionally, and subject to prior approval by LEAG GROUP, Member Users of the Platinum and Diamond plans may also act as LEAG AGENTS, obtaining additional recurring revenue by bringing new client Networks into the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem.

 

5.4. The contracting of plans by Member Users linked to client Networks takes place in the form of a subscription for a minimum period of 12 (twelve) months, which includes membership of the Ecosystem, access to the digital Platform, and licensing of brand use (in accordance with the plan and provided that it is fulfilled until the end of the contracted period).

5.4.1. Payment can be made in a lump sum (by credit card or boleto, the latter available for the Brazilian market) or in monthly installments for the contracted period (via recurring credit card charges). By making the first installment payment, the Member User agrees to allow LEAG GROUP to charge their credit card, through its payment processors, the amounts due monthly for the contracted subscription period and for additional subscription periods until their account is closed by them or by LEAG GROUP.

5.4.2. Annual plans are automatically renewed for equal and successive periods, unless cancellation is requested 30 (thirty) days before the end of the plan, and will be communicated in advance by email to Member Users and processed automatically via recurring credit card charges or by sending a new charge to the User with the respective payment link.

 

5.5. Occasionally, depending on its commercial strategy, LEAG GROUP may offer Network Members the option of signing up for one of its plans with an initial trial period, during which Member Users will have access to the set of actions and tools on the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform on a trial basis, without paying the subscription fee. Access to this condition may be granted in different ways:

5.5.1. Direct access through the LEAG GROUP website or via the client Network's exclusive URL on the web with a standard trial period, without the need to choose a plan or register a credit card;

5.5.2. Access via an exclusive link in an invitation email sent by the Network that directs the customer to a plan subscription page, where credit card details will be requested to generate a Token in a secure environment for processing future payments (smart fields). This action, which offers a differentiated trial period, allows for the recurring billing of the subscription fee at the end of the trial period, according to the characteristics and commercial conditions of the plan at the time of enrollment. If the Member User cancels the plan within this trial period, no charges will be made, and the Member User will be exempt from any future payments. Similarly, during this period, the Member User may choose to subscribe to another plan, thus initiating the respective charge under the new contracted conditions.

 

5.6. At any time during the contracted period, the Member User may request the cancellation of their plan, respecting the applicable terms and conditions, as specified in our Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy.

 

5.7. Furthermore, the information on the contracted plan will be available in the "My Account" section on the dashboard of the Member User identified as the administrator on the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform. The characteristics and conditions of the plan may be changed at any time by LEAG GROUP. These changes, when made, will be notified in advance to the Member User by email and/or by notification on the digital platform itself, allowing them to choose to discontinue their subscription or change their plan.

 

6. NETWORKS OWNED AND MANAGED BY LEAG GROUP

 

6.1. To be a Member User of our proprietary LEAG ASSOCIATES Network, which brings together companies and entrepreneurs from local markets, or our Networks of specialists, called LEAG EXPERTS (Agencies, Advisors, Attorneys, or Auditors), the same plans, rules, and conditions of membership and payment described above apply. When available for the LEAG PRO Network (aimed at professionals), they are restricted to only one administrator User and without the possibility of registering Team Users due to the individual nature of the participating Members, in addition to not participating in and accessing business-oriented tools.

 

6.2. As a member of the LEAG EXPERTS or LEAG ASSOCIATES Network, the Member User will remain fully independent and may exchange information, establish partnerships, conduct business, or provide services to other members of any Network Community, under conditions defined between the parties directly involved, provided that the rules established in these Terms of Use, in the LEAG GROUP Policies, and in the Trademark License Agreement are respected.

 

6.3. In the case of the LEAG EXPERTS Network, given its specialized nature and greater visibility in the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem, a Business Fee on Member User revenues originating from deals closed with other Members of the LEAG EXPERTS Networks, if any, will be due for up to twelve (12) months after plan termination.

6.3.1. The Business Fee is a fee on the Member User's own revenue (COMPANY or directors of the COMPANY or other companies owned by it or over which it exercises a management role) arising from business generated through the Network, on behalf of the Network or by a member of the Network, without payment having been made by one of the business solutions available in the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem. It shall be payable by the Member User (COMPANY) to LEAG GROUP S.A. and shall be paid to it, or to one of its subsidiaries when designated by LEAG GROUP S.A., within seven (7) days of receipt, unless the payment transaction was made via a means available in the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem.

 

6.4. Additionally, LEAG GROUP may carry out campaigns to encourage the referral of new members to LEAG Networks and/or new client networks. In these cases, credits for referring New Networks (Network Finder’s Fee (referral credit)) or for referring New Members (Member Finder’s Fee (referral credit)) to the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem will be due when representatives of new Networks or new Members of LEAG Networks, referred and introduced directly by the Member User (COMPANY) to the LEAG GROUP S.A. sales team, formalize their membership in the Ecosystem within 12 (twelve) months after the date of the respective introduction. The rules of the program, as well as its criteria for calculating and paying commissions, will always be those valid at the time of registration of the referral of a new Network or Member in the "Invite Members/Network" area on the Ecosystem's digital platform, for which prior agreement is required before sending the invitation.

 

7. CANCELLATION, DEFAULT, AND RENEWAL

7.1. To cancel their subscription to the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform, Member Users linked to LEAG GROUP customer networks and LEAG ASSOCIATES, LEAG EXPERTS, and LEAG PRO proprietary networks must follow the rules and guidelines described in our Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy.

 

7.2. In the event of early termination during the 12-month contract period, it must be formalized by the Member User through the Ecosystem digital platform via the Cross Tools menu, item "Support," "Cancel Account," with the outstanding subscription (membership) amounts due in full according to the payment schedule.

7.2.1. If the annual plan was paid in full, there will be no refund of the amounts paid.

7.2.2. For plans that include the right to use the brand, it is also important to observe the rules and conditions set forth in the respective Brand Use License Agreement formalized between the parties.

7.2.3. The request to cancel the automatic renewal of the contracted plan must be formalized through the Ecosystem's digital platform at least thirty (30) days before the end of the current plan.

7.2.4. Failure to pay the subscription installments will result in the removal of the Member User's (COMPANY) page from the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem until payment is made. After 30 (thirty) days of non-payment, the Terms of Use and the Trademark License Agreement will be considered breached, resulting in their cancellation, the loss of other rights, and the obligation to pay the outstanding balance within 5 (five) business days.

7.2.5. Cancellation of the plan does not imply the loss of the right to any commissions owed by LEAG GROUP for referrals of Networks and EXPERTS Members already made and not paid. In addition, it preserves any contractual conditions established between the commercial partnership parties (LEAG AGENT) and the respective recurring commissions owed.

7.2.6. Similarly, cancellation of the LEAG EXPERTS Networks subscription does not exclude the Member User's commitment to pay any business fees owed to LEAG GROUP due to revenues originating from deals closed with Members of the LEAG EXPERTS Networks or other Networks and their Members in the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem, if they occur, for a period of up to twelve (12) months after cancellation of the subscription.

 

7.3. If there is no prior request for cancellation in accordance with the rules established in our Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy, the plan will be renewed for a term equal to the chosen term (annual in monthly installments or in a lump sum), and any request for cancellation after the start of this new term will only take effect at the end of the contracted period, without refund of amounts already paid.

 

8. DEVELOPMENT OF NEW FEATURES

 

8.1. Systemic updates may occur and be automatically implemented on the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital Platform, at no additional cost to Member Users.

 

8.2. Without prejudice, LEAG GROUP may develop new features, actions, functionalities, and optional tools on its LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital Platform, creating new versions whose costs are not included in the subscription and which imply additional payment by Member Users, in case of adherence.

 

9. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

 

9.1. LEAG GROUP's liability:

9.1.1. To perform the services as described in these terms of use;

9.1.2. To be responsible for the operation of the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform and for any corrections that may be necessary;

9.1.3. Inform Users of any changes to the services through simple notices on the digital platform and/or by email.

 

9.2. Users' responsibilities:

9.2.1. Use the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform in accordance with the criteria for use defined by LEAG GROUP, without altering its programming, breaking passwords, or performing procedures that may cause damage to LEAG GROUP and other Users;

9.2.2. To be responsible for all purposes, including legal ones, for the content of the information they enter and the commitments they make in the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem, including its digital platform;

9.2.3. Fully comply with these Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy, current legislation, and contracts between the parties.

 

10. LEAG GROUP DISCLAIMER

 

10.1. LEAG GROUP is not responsible for:

10.1.1. LEAG GROUP and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and third-party suppliers shall have no obligation to indemnify or otherwise be liable for any claim of infringement arising from: (i) participation in the Ecosystem and use of its digital Platform, or content associated with it that is not in accordance with these Terms, (ii) the combination of the Ecosystem and its digital platform and/or associated content with other products, services, or materials, or (iii) any third-party products, services, or materials, in all matters covered by this clause, including Artificial Intelligence tools and AI Business Advisor.

10.1.2. LEAG GROUP is not responsible for any claims, complaints, or measures related to the User's initial registration on the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital Platform. Other Users are aware and agree that the Network User may provide the registration data necessary for initial registration and grant them authorization to do so.

10.1.3. The Network User declares that it is responsible for obtaining the necessary authorizations to provide LEAG GROUP with the registration data of its Member Users for initial registration and is solely responsible in the event of any complaints, losses, or damages arising therefrom.

10.1.4. LEAG GROUP is not responsible for the accuracy, veracity, or updating of Users' personal data provided when creating an account on the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform.

10.1.5. The content made available on the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital Platform is the sole responsibility of its respective publishers, whether they are Network Users and their administrators, Member Users and their teams, visitors, or advertisers/sponsors.

10.1.6. Thus, LEAG GROUP is not responsible for the accuracy, veracity, or legality of the content shared or made available by Users on their pages on the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform.

10.1.7. LEAG GROUP has no legal, contractual, or contractual obligation under these Terms to verify the information conveyed, nor its correspondence with the reality of services, products, or institutional information.

10.1.8. By accepting the conditions of these Terms of Use, the User declares that they are aware that under no circumstances will LEAG GROUP be responsible for any content published by Users on the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform, nor for losses or damages of any nature arising from any content.

10.1.9. Thus, LEAG GROUP has no responsibility for complaints and damages from Users regarding any discrepancy between advertisements, photographs, or information and the reality of the shared content.

10.1.10. Users, administrators, Members, teams, visitors, or advertisers/sponsors are fully responsible for the content they share on their Homepages, BUSINESS Pages, PROFESSIONAL Bios, Articles, Blogs, Posts, recorded Videos, or live meetings, among other tools/features available on the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform.

10.1.11. Users who link their Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, or other social media accounts to their BUSINESS Pages or PROFESSIONAL Bios, as well as integrate solutions from external providers, are fully responsible for the content shared on these third-party platforms and for complying with the terms and conditions of use established by them.

10.1.12. LEAG GROUP is not responsible for any damage caused as a result of the unavailability or removal of content from third-party platforms, replicated on BUSINESS Pages or PROFESSIONAL Bios. The availability of content on BUSINESS Pages or PROFESSIONAL Bios is directly conditioned on its existence on the source platform, which is governed by its own terms of use and privacy policy.

10.1.13. The ownership and responsibility for the content included by Users on the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform are solely and exclusively that of the respective Users. However, if LEAG GROUP finds prohibited and/or offensive content, it may, at its discretion, delete any content/material, being exempt from any liability to the User and/or third parties, as well as, depending on the severity of the conduct or its recurrence, delete the User's account without prior notice.

10.1.14. LEAG GROUP reserves the right of recourse if it is ordered to pay compensation for damages caused by any conduct of the User, whether in relation to the unavailability or removal of content from third-party platforms, removal of prohibited and/or offensive content or materials, or violation of third-party intellectual property.

10.1.15. LEAG GROUP is not responsible for any violation of the image rights of videos, photographs, drawings, or texts posted by Users, their administrators, Members, staff, visitors, or advertisers/sponsors on the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform, as it is the sole responsibility of the publishers to observe the copyrights of these materials.

10.1.16. LEAG GROUP is not responsible for the fulfillment of offers or proposals announced and/or advertised by third parties through tools/features available on the homepages of Networks, on the BUSINESS Pages and PROFESSIONAL Bios available on the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform, except those disclosed by LEAG GROUP itself for the offer of its Ecosystem subscription plans and thus duly identified.

10.1.17. Except as provided in item 10.1.16., LEAG GROUP is not a supplier of any services or products advertised or disclosed on its LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform, homepages, BUSINESS Pages, and PROFESSIONAL Bios of Users. LEAG GROUP only provides a service to the Networks and their Member Users by providing communication and business initiatives and tools that facilitate their connection with other Ecosystem Users or third parties seeking the content, contacts, or commercial offers available there.

10.1.18. Thus, User activities within the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem occur without any interference from LEAG GROUP, whether in the relationship between Member Users and the Network User and its administrators, in the relationship between Members of the same Network Community, between Members of different Network Communities, or even between Users and third-party visitors to the platform.

10.1.19. LEAG GROUP has no responsibility for complaints and damages from Users regarding offers, advertisements, and transactions that occur in marketplaces, optional online store (if activated by the Member Users) of Networks and/or their Members, or even in transactions carried out via payment tools or links available on its digital platform or via payment methods, except those that refer to its own services, which are duly identified.

10.1.20. LEAG GROUP shall not be liable in any way for any events, services, or products, whether physical or virtual, promoted by the Network User and its administrators and intended for Members of its Network Community or even third parties, whether through the tools of the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform or even through external platforms, whether paid or unpaid.

10.1.21. LEAG GROUP is not responsible for acts and omissions of Users in relation to other Users or third parties. By accepting these Terms, the User agrees not to impose on LEAG GROUP, its shareholders, representatives, managers, employees, or third-party suppliers any liability for losses and damages resulting from other Users' failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law.

10.1.22. LEAG GROUP has no interference, influence, or responsibility for communication or interaction between Users outside the scope of the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem. The User declares to be aware of their sole responsibility for personal or parallel interactions with other Users/Members/administrators of the Network Community or even with any Users of other Network Communities, regardless of whether the interaction arises from contacts promoted within the scope of the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform.

10.1.23. LEAG GROUP is not a party to any transactions that may occur between Users/visitors/Members, and therefore has no responsibility for any business arising therefrom. Users are solely responsible for any tax, consumer, labor, or other obligations arising from transactions between them.

10.1.24. The User declares to be aware and agrees that it is their sole responsibility to comply with any laws or regulations.

10.1.25. All Users declare that they are aware of and knowledgeable about anti-corruption rules and laws, as well as international agreements on the subject, and undertake to comply with them through their partners or managers, as well as to require compliance by employees and third parties contracted by them.

10.1.26. LEAG GROUP is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the use of the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform and its tools by Users for different or illicit and/or illegal purposes.

10.1.27. LEAG GROUP is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the use by Users of communications and content exchanges made through tools/features available on the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform or on BUSINESS Pages and PROFESSIONAL Bios.

10.1.28. LEAG GROUP shall not be obliged to reimburse and/or compensate for losses and damages caused by the Networks, their Administrators, their Members, and/or Users to third parties, nor for losses and damages suffered by the User resulting from acts of third parties.

10.1.29. Notwithstanding the absence of liability on the part of LEAG GROUP and the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform, without prejudice to other rights provided for in the legislation, LEAG GROUP is assured the right of recourse against Users due to any legal violations or non-compliance with these Terms that incur material or moral damages for which compensation may be demanded from LEAG GROUP or the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform.

10.1.30. Notwithstanding the absence of liability on the part of LEAG GROUP and the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform, without prejudice to other rights provided for in the legislation, LEAG GROUP is assured the right of recourse against Users for any alleged losses and damages resulting from the suspension/cancellation of an Account on the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform due to breach of contract by Users, for which compensation may be demanded from LEAG GROUP and the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform.

10.1.31. LEAG GROUP is not responsible for interruptions in the reproduction of its content resulting from the quality of the internet network or the use of data packages by Users, given that access to the platform's content requires an internet connection.

10.1.32. LEAG GROUP is not responsible for interruptions resulting from failures in the operation of: (i) third-party servers on which the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform is hosted or (ii) third-party platforms/software that operate tools available on the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform. Despite taking all applicable measures to ensure the best provision of its services, LEAG GROUP is not responsible for any damages resulting from interruptions caused by third-party companies.

10.1.33. LEAG GROUP is not responsible for any damages resulting from interruptions in the operation of the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform that may affect the availability and operation of those BUSINESS Pages and PROFESSIONAL Bios that are being openly published on the web.

10.1.34. LEAG GROUP is not responsible for any viruses, Trojans, malware, spyware, or software that may damage, alter the settings, or infiltrate the User's equipment as a result of accessing, using, or browsing the internet, or as a result of transferring data, information, files, videos, images, text, or audio.

 

11. RULES OF CONDUCT AND PROHIBITIONS

 

11.1. Users may not:

11.1.1. Infringe on the rights of LEAG GROUP, the operators of the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform, other Users, third parties, or act in any way that may contribute to such a violation;

11.1.2. Perform acts that limit or prevent the use of the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform or access it unlawfully;

11.1.3. Use the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform and its tools to engage in illegal activities, such as fraud, embezzlement, misappropriation, illicit enrichment, theft, and robbery;

11.1.4. Disseminate messages unrelated to LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform or its purposes, including messages with inappropriate content or that offend Users, LEAG GROUP, or third parties;

11.1.5. Enter data that is misleading, false, outdated, or incomplete;

11.1.6. Enter unauthorized or illegal content on the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform, such as advertising products and/or services that infringe intellectual property rights and trademarks;

11.1.7. Advertise products expressly prohibited by current legislation, these Terms of Use, or Policies, that lack specific authorization from the competent regulatory bodies, or that violate the rights of third parties;

11.1.8. Hold LEAG GROUP responsible for the conduct of Users who are registered on the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform.

 

11.2. Upon any sign of any breach of conduct, the User may be blocked or excluded from the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform, without prior notice.

 

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

12.1. Ownership and rights relating to the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform belong exclusively to LEAG GROUP S.A. Access to its digital platform and its regular use by the User does not confer any rights or privileges over intellectual property or other content included therein.

 

12.2. All content on the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform, including name, brand, domain, programs, databases, files, texts, designs, photos, layouts, headers, and other elements, was created, developed, and assigned to LEAG GROUP S.A. and its subsidiaries and is therefore the exclusive property of LEAG GROUP S.A. or licensed to it and is protected by Swiss laws and international treaties dealing with intellectual property rights.

 

12.3. The following are prohibited: exploitation, assignment, imitation, copying, plagiarism, reverse engineering, hacking attempts, storage, alteration, modification of characteristics, expansion, sale, lease, donation, disposal, transfer, reproduction, in whole or in part, of any content from the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform.

 

12.4. Anyone who violates the prohibitions contained in intellectual property legislation and in these Terms will be held civilly and criminally liable for the infractions committed, in addition to being penalized on the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform.

 

12.5. LEAG GROUP is not responsible for any violation of the image rights of videos, photographs, drawings, or texts posted by Users, their administrators, Members, visitors, or advertisers on the platform, as it is the sole responsibility of the publishers to observe the copyrights of these materials.

 

12.6. LEAG GROUP reserves the right of recourse if it is ordered to pay compensation for damages caused by any conduct of the User, whether in relation to the unavailability or removal of content from third-party platforms, removal of prohibited and/or offensive content/materials, or violation of the intellectual property and copyrights of third parties.

 

13. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING, PRIVACY, AND SECURITY

 

13.1. LEAG GROUP has a specific policy to regulate the collection, storage, and processing of personal data, as well as its security: Privacy Notice. These specific policies are an integral part of these Terms, noting that data on the use of the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform will be archived in accordance with current legislation.

 

14. DEVELOPMENTS IN ACCESS TO THE LEAG GROUP ECOSYSTEM DIGITAL PLATFORM

 

14.1. Despite LEAG GROUP's best efforts to provide the best technologies to maintain online connection and synchronization and secure access for Users, due to technical difficulties, internet applications, or transmission problems, inaccurate or incomplete copies of the information contained on the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform may occur. In addition, computer viruses or other harmful programs may also eventually infect the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform and be downloaded inadvertently.

14.1.1. LEAG GROUP recommends installing antivirus or appropriate protection programs on your computer and mobile devices.

 

14.2. LEAG GROUP reserves the right to unilaterally modify the platform, as well as its configuration, presentation, design, content, features, tools, or any other element, including its cancellation.

 

15. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

 

15.1. LEAG GROUP may unilaterally add and/or modify any clause contained in these Terms of Use. The updated version will apply to the use of the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform from the moment of its publication. Continued access to or use of the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform after disclosure constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Use by Users.

 

15.2. If the change made requires the User's consent, the option to freely, unequivocally, and knowingly accept the new text or reject it will be presented.

 

15.3. If the User does not agree with the change, they may not provide consent for specific acts or may terminate their relationship with the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform entirely. However, such termination shall not exempt the User from complying with all obligations assumed under the previous versions of the Terms of Use.

 

16. APPLICABLE LAW AND CHOICE OF JURISDICTION

 

16.1. The LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform is controlled, operated, and administered from the Canton of Neuchâtel, Switzerland, and can be accessed by any device connected to the Internet, regardless of its geographical location.

16.1.1. LEAG GROUP does not guarantee that the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform is appropriate or fully available for use in other countries. Individuals who access and use the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform from other jurisdictions do so on their own and are responsible for complying with regional/national laws.

 

16.2. The User agrees that the applicable law for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Notice shall be that in force in the Swiss Confederation.

 

16.3. LEAG GROUP and the User agree that the courts of the Canton of Neuchâtel, Switzerland, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any issue or dispute arising from or resulting from the use of the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem digital platform, expressly waiving any other, however privileged it may be or become.
