WITHDRAWAL OR CANCELLATION POLICY
BY MEMBER USERS

 

 

This Policy of Withdrawal or Cancellation by Member Users of their subscriptions to LEAG Platform is an integral part of the Terms of Use and Privacy Notices of the platform. Therefore, we recommend that the User carefully read these documents before proceeding.

 

Member Users of the Networks called LEAG EXPERTS follow the same rules of use of the platform, but with specific withdrawal and cancellation criteria described herein or determined in a letter of agreement or contract entered into between the Parties. In addition, if they opt for the right to use the LEAG trademarks available in the Platinum and Diamond plans, they must also observe the specific conditions of the respective Trademark Use License Term.

 

 

1. ADHERENCE TO PLANS

 

1.1.  For the LEAG Platform Member User, 1 free plan (Basic) and up to 5 (five) different subscription plans are available: Bronze Plan, Silver Plan, Gold Plan, Platinum Plan and Diamond Plan, whose values, characteristics and conditions are clearly and detailed disclosed on the membership page of the respective Network (when by invitation) or at the end of the trial period right after the first login, as well as in the Terms of Use.

 

1.2. The contracting of plans by Member Users takes place in the form of a subscription and may be paid monthly (by credit card) or for a semi-annual or annual period (by credit card or bank slip, the latter available for the Brazilian market).

 

1.3. When subscribed to LEAG EXPERTS, where the subscription includes access to the LEAG Platform, membership of the expert community and the right to use the LEAG brands in accordance with the contracted plan, Member Users have access to exclusively annual plans with the option of paying in cash with a discount or in 12 monthly installments without a discount.

 

 

2. WITHDRAWAL

 

2.1.  LEAG GROUP respects all the rights of the Users, including the right of regret and withdrawal from the service within up to 07 (seven) days from the date of contracting and receipt of the respective login for the first access to the platform, regardless of its use.

 

2.2. Withdrawal will result in a full refund of any amounts already charged and the cancellation of future charges. The refund will be made by the same means of payment in which the purchase was made, as specified in the item "Procedures and Deadlines for Chargeback and Return".

 

2.3. LEAG EXPERTS Member Users who have opted for plans with the right to use LEAG brands, given the specificity of this benefit, are not entitled to the right of regret and withdrawal, and must follow the rules specified in the Brand Use License Term.

 

 

 

3. CANCELLATION OF PLANS

 

3.1. After a period of 7 (seven) days, if the User does not wish to remain with the plan, he/she must proceed with its cancellation.

 

3.2. Cancellation of the Monthly Plan: The monthly plan will be renewed at the end of each month, through a recurring charge by credit card. By making the first payment, the User agrees to allow LEAG GROUP to debit their credit card, through their payment processors, for the amounts due for the initial subscription period and for additional subscription periods until their account is closed by the User or LEAG GROUP. Therefore, if the User decides to cancel their monthly subscription, they must do so no later than 7 (seven) days before the due date of the next charge so that it can be effective from the subsequent period free of charge. If this is done less than 7 (seven) days before the due date, a new monthly period will be charged and the subscription will remain active and available for use until the appropriate cancellation is completed at the end of this new period.

3.2.1. To do so, the User must request the cancellation of his/her subscription through his/her control panel on the platform, through the item "Support" and then "Cancel My Account" in the menu of cross-tools in his/her "dashboard".

 

3.3. Cancellation of the Semi-Annual or Annual Plan: The Networks' semi-annual and annual plans, paid in cash with more favorable commercial conditions than those offered in the monthly plans, if cancelled before their expiration, do not imply the return of any amounts already paid, even if proportional to the remaining period, with access to the previously purchased service available until the end of the contracted period. After the expiration of the subscription and if it is not renewed by paying for a new subscription period, the service will be canceled and become unavailable, avoiding new subscription charges.

 

3.4. Cancellation of the LEAG EXPERT Annual Plan: The annual plans, paid in cash or in twelve (12) installments, if cancelled before their expiration, do not imply the return of any amounts already paid, even if proportional to the remaining period, and access to the previously purchased service will be available until the end of the contracted period. After the expiration of the subscription and if it is not renewed by paying for a new subscription period, the service will be canceled and become unavailable, avoiding new subscription charges.

 

 

4. CANCELLATION OF SOLUTIONS PAID DIRECTLY TO LEAG GROUP PARTNERS

 

4.1. Depending on the country and the subscription plan, our platform offers Users, in addition to LEAG GROUP's proprietary solutions, the option of integrating into their BUSINESS Page or PROFESSIONAL Bio different tools developed and managed by third parties/partners.

 

4.2. Any withdrawals and cancellations of tools and solutions made available by third parties, integrated with LEAG Platform and whose Users have opted for the direct contracting of paid plans offered by these partners, follow the rules and procedures of the respective service providers, and must be requested directly from them through the channels available by the partner. LEAG GROUP only integrates the respective solutions into the BUSINESS Page and PROFESSIONAL Bio of the Member Users of LEAG Platform and has no direct relationship with these companies and their products.

 



5. CANCELLATION OF EVENT PURCHASE

 

5.1. LEAG GROUP's partner and provider in Brazil of the course and event management solution available for integration with LEAG Platform is Doity Plataforma de Eventos, whose access and registration takes place from the User's menu, item "integrations".

 

5.2. If you have purchased an event ticket from another User on LEAG Platform or promoted paid events on your BUSINESS Page through the Doity platform, please be aware that any withdrawals and cancellations of events follow the rules and procedures of Doity itself, the solution provider, and must be requested directly from them through the channels available in your Doity account tag.

 


6. Procedures and Deadlines for Chargeback and Return

 

6.1. Any withdrawal requests that entitle you to a partial or full refund of amounts, according to the rules described above, must be requested through the e-mail: finance@leaggroup.com.

 

6.2. The refund of the amounts paid will be made by the same means of payment in which the purchase was made and will follow the following definitions:

6.2.1. Bank slip (available in the Brazilian market): the refund will be made by deposit in the checking account of the individual or legal entity subscribing to the plan, within 10 (ten) business days after the confirmation of the customer's bank details for reimbursement.

6.2.2. Credit card: the debit reversal will be requested from the respective card issuer, which must be processed on your next or next invoice, depending on the closing date and the Operator. We remind you that, once the chargeback request is made by LEAG GROUP to the credit card company, this procedure is the responsibility of the credit card company.
