POLICY ON WITHDRAWAL OR CANCELLATION BY MEMBER USERS


This Policy on Withdrawal or Cancellation by Member Users of their subscriptions to the LEAG GROUP Cross-Business Ecosystem and its respective digital Platform is an integral part of the Terms of Use and Privacy Notices of the digital Platform. We therefore recommend that Users read these documents carefully before proceeding.

Users who are Members of the LEAG EXPERTS Networks follow the same rules for using the Ecosystem's digital Platform, but with specific withdrawal and cancellation criteria when determined in a letter of agreement or contract between the Parties.

In addition, Users opting for the right to use the LEAG brands available in the Diamond plan must also observe the specific conditions of the respective Brand Use License Agreement.

 

1. JOINING THE PLANS

 

1.1 Members of the LEAG GROUP Cross-Business Ecosystem are offered 1 free plan (Bronze) and up to 3 (three) different subscription plans: Gold Plan, Platinum Plan and Diamond Plan, the values, features and conditions of which are disclosed clearly and in detail on the membership page of the respective Network (when by invitation) or at the end of the trial period immediately after the first login, as well as in the Terms of Use.

 

1.2 The plans are contracted by Member Users on an annual subscription basis, and can be paid in 12 (twelve) monthly installments by recurring credit card payment or in cash (by credit card or boleto bancário, the latter available for the Brazilian market).

 

2. WITHDRAWAL

 

2.1.  LEAG GROUP respects all Users' rights, including the right to withdraw from the service within seven (7) days from the date of contracting, regardless of the respective login for the first access to the Ecosystem digital platform.

 

2.2 Withdrawal will imply a full refund of any amounts already charged and the cancellation of future charges. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the one used to make the purchase, as specified in the item “Procedures and Deadlines for Refunds and Returns”.

 

2.3 Diamond Plan Members who have opted for the right to use LEAG brands, given the specific nature of this benefit, are not entitled to the right of withdrawal and must follow the rules specified in the Brand License Agreement.

 

3. CANCELLATION OF PLANS

 

3.1. After 7 (seven) days, if the User does not wish to remain with the plan, they must cancel it.

 

3.2 Cancellation of the Annual Plan: Annual plans, paid in cash or in twelve (12) installments, if cancelled before their expiration date, do not entail the refund of any amounts already paid, even if proportional to the remaining period, with access to the previously purchased service remaining available until the end of the contracted period. Once the subscription has expired and it has not been renewed by paying for a new subscription period, the service will be canceled and will become unavailable, avoiding new subscription charges.

 

3.3 Cancellation of current Monthly Plans: Monthly plans still in force and contracted prior to the date of 29/10/2024 will be renewed at the end of each month by means of a recurring credit card charge. By making the first payment, the User agrees to allow LEAG GROUP to charge his/her credit card, through its payment processors, the amounts due for the initial subscription period and for additional subscription periods until his/her account is terminated by the User or by LEAG GROUP. Thus, if the User decides to cancel their monthly subscription, they must do so no later than 7 (seven) days before the next charge is due in order for it to take effect from the subsequent period free of charge. If this is done less than 7 (seven) days before the due date, a new monthly period will be charged and the subscription will remain active and available for use until the cancellation is completed at the end of this new period.

 

3.4 To cancel the plan, the User must request the cancellation of their subscription through their control panel on the Ecosystem digital platform, through the “Support” item and then “Cancel My Account” in the cross tools menu on their dashboard.

 

4. CANCELING SOLUTIONS PAID DIRECTLY TO LEAG GROUP

 

4.1 Depending on the country and subscription plan, our digital Ecosystem Platform offers Users, in addition to LEAG GROUP's proprietary solutions, the option of integrating into their BUSINESS Page or PROFESSIONAL Bio different tools developed and managed by third parties / partners.

 

4.2 Any withdrawals and cancellations of tools and solutions made available by third parties, integrated into the LEAG GROUP Ecosystem Digital Platform and whose Users have opted to directly contract paid plans offered by these partners, follow the rules and procedures of the respective service providers, and must be requested directly from them through the channels available from the partner. LEAG GROUP only integrates the respective solutions into the BUSINESS Page and PROFESSIONAL Bio of the Member Users of its digital Platform, and has no direct relationship with these companies and their products.

 

5. CANCELLATION OF EVENT PURCHASES

 

5.1. LEAG GROUP's partner and provider in Brazil of the course and event management solution available for integration with the Ecosystem's digital platform is Doity Plataforma de Eventos, which can be accessed and registered via the User menu, item “integrations”.

 

5.2 If you have purchased an event ticket from another User on our digital Ecosystem Platform or promoted paid events on your BUSINESS Page through the Doity platform, please be aware that any withdrawals and cancellations of events follow the rules and procedures of Doity itself, the solution provider, and must be requested directly from them through the channels available in your Doity account.


6. Procedures and deadlines for refunds and returns

 

6.1 Any withdrawal requests entitling you to a partial or full refund, in accordance with the rules described above, must be requested via e-mail: finance@leaggroup.com .

 

6.2 Refunds of amounts paid will be made by the same means of payment used to make the purchase and will follow the definitions below:

6.2.1. Boleto bancário (available in the Brazilian market): the refund will be made by deposit in the current account of the individual or legal entity subscribing to the plan, within 10 (ten) working days of confirmation of the customer's bank details for reimbursement.

6.2.2 Credit card: a chargeback will be requested from the respective card's administrator, which will be processed on the next or subsequent invoice, depending on the closing date and the operator. Please note that once LEAG GROUP has requested a chargeback from the credit card company, this is the responsibility of the company.
