The LEAG GROUP cares deeply about the privacy and security of our Users' data; therefore, it adopts a series of measures to protect this information, in addition to having a fully implemented data protection compliance program.

We may collect and store User information through a few sources:

• Through our website, in the contact us forms;
• By the User, when filling out any contact or content form on our website or browsing the pages with cookies preferences enabled in their browser;
• When using our tools and solutions, in which cases we may act as controllers or processors, according to the Privacy Notices of each one.

2. For what reason do we use your personal data that we process as controllers?

The LEAG GROUP respects all principles of data protection legislation and does not process data excessively or incompatibly with the proposed purposes. Thus, we may process Users' personal data to:

• Identify and contact the User during their journey in our Cross-Business Ecosystem of LEAG GROUP and use of our digital Platform;
• Execute the services through which the User utilizes their solution;
• Perform anti-fraud controls;
• Customize the Ecosystem's digital Platform according to the User's profile and solution;
• Validate the User's identity and avoid security risks;
• Related to Natural Persons: Presentation on the Company's own page on the Ecosystem's digital Platform;
• Related to Legal Entities when identifying a natural person: Identification in search engines and in the page URL on the Ecosystem's digital Platform.
• Login and registration validation on the Ecosystem's digital Platform, as well as a means of communication with the User for access notifications, contacts, and interactions throughout the journey of using the Ecosystem's digital Platform. Furthermore, in the case of a telephone number, it will be used as a means of contact in cases of default.
• Marketing actions, program notifications and news, informing about changes to our terms, services or policies. The data subject agrees to receive this type of content upon registration and can choose to opt-out via the respective button in each communication.
• Issuance of tax documents (invoice) for the services provided by LEAG GROUP SA.

3. How do we secure this information?

The LEAG GROUP is highly concerned about the security of your personal data. Therefore, it maintains the data provided on the Ecosystem's digital Platform in a secure environment, considering the scope of processing, through technical measures compatible with international standards and by encouraging the use of best practices, which includes the implementation of effective and widespread Information Security Policies.

4. Do we engage in shared use of data?

To provide the service with safety and excellence, we may contract some processors, such as servers, electronic signature platforms, and others. These partners are subject to the decisions of the LEAG GROUP, and we always establish minimum requirements for contracts.

5. What are the rights of the data subject?

The data subject has the right to request certain information and actions from the controller; we may not always be able to fulfill the request, but we will respond in all cases. These rights are listed in each Privacy Notice.
