Inspired by the philosophy of yoga, we found in the concept of kleshas (inner obstacles) the word Asmitá, which relates to the sense of "I"—our personality (ego) or our inability to distinguish who we truly are from who we believe ourselves to be. We often perceive the world through emotions, shaped by past experiences and expectations of pleasure and aversion, and by our thoughts, identifying with what we think and living in the shadow of our own convictions.
This is where our work begins: drawing from a wide range of practices, techniques, and certifications we have acquired over the years to support individuals on their personal and professional development journeys.
André is certified by Erickson International—one of the world’s leading coaching schools—and brings over fifteen years of executive experience leading strategy, culture, and people management functions in major organizations, consistently supporting senior leaders through mentoring and advisory engagements.
