In my fifteen years as head of HR, I have extensive experience leading the areas of marketing, strategic planning, projects, product management, corporate communication and sustainability. This diverse performance enabled me to understand the business dynamics in a broad and synergistic way, connecting the management subsystems to the business processes. Likewise, my frequent interaction with the Board of Directors, coordinating Copersucar's HR and Compensation Committee and the Ethics and Sustainability Committee, allow me to develop a broad understanding of the relationships' dynamics between shareholders and executives, and the challenges of alignment with other stakeholders. With a solid background in schools like ESPM, FDC and INSEAD, I am certified by Erickson College - one of the best Coaching schools in the world. The sum of experiences, maturity and training allows me to contribute skills such as strategic vision, critical thinking, negotiation and influence, active listening, resilience and assertive communication, contributing to the development of people and companies.
